Professional experience
Bailey Oswald Schaffer is an associate at Bottini, Bottini & Oswald, P.C., and is also the daughter of John Oswald and granddaughter of Bruce and Marianne Bottini.
Bailey graduated summa cum laude from Oregon State University in 2018 with a degree in speech communication, and graduated summa cum laude from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2021 with her juris doctorate.
At Bottini, Bottini & Oswald, Bailey handles both Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation claims. She is passionate about helping people navigate the complexity of the law and particularly enjoys appellate work.
Outside of the office, Bailey can usually be found hanging out at home either with her husband, Nate, and rescue dog, Otis, or curled up with a good book.
